Module 1.0

Located near Lincoln Park, this project develops a narrow urban plot into a compact neighborhood of 2- and 3-story modular townhouses. The design explores how prefabricated technology can achieve both efficiency and architectural individuality within a tight site.

Standard production modules are adapted to the specific proportions of the plot — 4.5 x 12.5 m — creating a clear structural rhythm while maintaining flexibility for interior variation. Each townhouse is composed of vertically stacked modules, forming tall, slender volumes with generous double-height living spaces and natural light from both facades.

The project demonstrates how modular construction can respond to urban constraints not as limitations, but as a framework for precise, high-quality architecture.
